My money gone without a Trace

I deposited money into my Tyme Bank account, i did not have access to my bank card for withdrawal so i decided to do myself a Cash Send. Though i did not understand how it works but later was able to withdraw 1 of the 300 bucks that i sent to myself and i thought the other 2 will reserve back to my acc at a later stage. That was on Fri 4 Feb. Monday my balance was still low they didnt reflect. I decided to call them they said the transaction got reversed back to my account but i dont see any additionals but minuses instead. I thought Tyme Bank will be one of those trusted banks but hey i guess not. My money gone just like that.
