My interactions with two TymeBank employees of which one is Michaela is one of the best in service excellence that I've ever experienced in the banking sector. The two ladies in question were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and overall this was the best experience for me. I got help with no fuss or delay and wish we had more people like them .
