My bank account was blocked for no reason

I have 1500 in my bank account my account has been blocked for a month and you guys are saying it's because of R125 ? Am a student I use the money to receive my nsfas money and they say they will send on the 25th of February so what will happen to me if the account is blocked how will I survive without receiving my nsfas money you guys are really not fair how do you block 1500 because of 125 just reverse the 125 and open my account because how will I survive without a bank card worse part I use it for my nsfas If they send to it that means I won't get my nsfas which mean I won't have money to survive

Am really not happy with the service of tymebank blocking my account for 125 while I have 1500 just reverse the money I don't even know that amount your talking about as a business you should always consider the Clients feeling

I called they told me they will call me back until today I haven't had anything my account is blocked with money which is not mine now I owe people money you guys are not fair some of us are in situations you can't survive in and yet you take from us where is the sympathy you really don't care about your customers

Atleast let me withdraw the money then block it because it's really not fair

Where should I send then and what are the required documents
