My account was debited R899. And it was a recurring thing,without my knowledge.

I deposited stokvel money on 31 October for the first time. When I check my statement on 28 November 2022,I found that R899.00 was deducted from account. I called Tyme Bank and I was promised that I will get feedback within 5 working days. I called Tyme bank 5 times today , I couldn't get the response. The money I deposited is stokvel money. I am so disappointed with this Bank. My reference number is GFD-68547.
