My account was blocked because i need to RE-FICA and i dont know how to

My account was blocked without any notice or explanation I have funds in my account but i cant use them because my account is blocked at the kiosky they say they are still verifying my identity and i received a sms saying i must RE-FICA my account but i dont know how to because there is no link for that and i cant access my banking app

Please solve this matter i need to use my money its been a week now
