MY ACCOUNT IS ON HOLD, FICA VERIFICATION.

Dear Tymebank

My app states “Your account is on hold until you verify your FICA info”, and when I click “Verify your info now”, it shows me technical error ever since November trying to verify, and my expire date was on the 25th of December 2024. Therefore, I’ve been trying to verify since the first week of November 2024 since I didn’t want my account to be on hold but still I didn’t get any assistance.

I called Tymebank multiple times but still no assistance. They told me to go and try on the kiosk but still it’s technical error after I went there for over 30 times. The agents are even tired of me since they also don’t know the problem. Therefore, I need assistance as I need to use the money on this held account since I can’t do anything. Even tried using another phone or internet banking but I still can’t verify.
