My account has been blocked for more than one year.

Tymebank has suspended my account because of a dispute they put on a transaction of R24,800 plus since earlier last year, I have comp**** with all their requirements , but still they decided not to open my account up till now. I want my money back if they want me to be one of their reputable clients.

They asked for affidavit , and I sent it to them. after sending the document , they stop replying to my email till now. This is horrible , I was pregnant then and I really need that money to take care of my hospital bill.

I just want my money bank even if they don't want me to bank with them anymore.

I want them to unblock my account so that I can have my money back.

I will be happy if you people can help me out to solve this problem.
