Multiple problems, funds not available when needed, no support.

I joined tymebank a few months back as I thought they had some good ideas and the best interest rates. Even bought shares in their holding company. Unfortunately today was the second time they failed me the card declined inspite of having funds in my account, I tried withdrawing money no luck there, The app was unresponsive (Server timed out) The instore ambassador although friendly seemed untrained she had no support from the call centre as they also had no idea what to do. I had to put back all my groceries and drive back home, I live outside of town and will only be able to drive back next week, missing out on all the specials not to talk about the fuel I have wasted.
