Mrs. Adelaide Lelaka from Tymebank was an amazing customer assistant over the phone. She was able to help me with my query. Her pleasant voice made me to respond in such an easy an calm manner that I was satisfied with the solutions and resolutions she gave me. It was my first time calling from Tymebank, and receiving such an assistant like her. She deserves all the praise for helping me with my queries.
