Most *********** bank ever!!

Their service is absolutely shocking. I have done a send money transfer and missed a digit, called their callcenter for assistance as their app doe not have many facilities, first consultant dropped the call on me and second consultant then advised funds would only come back after 7 days if the person who received the message has not redeemed the voucher. Otherwise "sorry for your loss". over and above me being out of pocket by a large sum of money the consultant Dipuo Seitso got aggravated and shouted over me until I asked for a call ref number, only to find that she hadn't even accessed my customer profile. I am definitely moving my business elsewhere!!
