Moretyme issues

Please fix your tellphone at Moretyme because when we call the agent just pick up the call nd remain silent cos engaging on theeir activities without engaging us. Is it your staff or your lines? Moretym account still reflect overdue amount even though i paid and to show its not my fault everytime i put money on the account it does get deducted. i logged a ticket and you said it is resolved but im still seeing the error on the app
