Moretyme bad service

I have had the worst experience from tymebank ever my last debit of moretyme bounced while there was money in my account I then sent an email to ask if I can make payment they send me banking details I then make the payment the same day my debit was supposed to go off that was on the 14th of April up until today it still shows outstanding I'm so angry I've been calling since forever I've been sending the proof of payment then I receive an sms to say it has been resolved and the funds was allocated I then check my app it's outstanding then I'm told I will get a refund and alot of stories Ive been calling then they put me on hold for more than half an hour I mean I made payment I then still receive emails about the outstanding amount i was told the penalty fee will be added to my account as well im sick and tired of this with the pethatic service because how can you treat a person like this
