MONEY TRANSFER PROBLEM

I've sent money to someone from my Tyme Bank acc to her Cell number. That was on the 30th June. Today it's 10th July. The person never recieved the money as it keeps saying is has been processed as if it has already been withdrawn. I've been phoning their customer service, got about 3 case numbers already. Nothing.i can't withdraw and it's not back into my account as promised. I'm disappointed. It's a nonsense bank. Can't wait to get my mieny back and close the account. Please don't open an account on Tyme Bank. You will regret like me.
