Money ****** from my account without my knowledge.

Money was ****** from my account, without my knowledge. TymeBank is not a safe bank to bank with, and the people that are working there they are not helpful. I reported the incident, the lady.... so called investigator, made a conclusion that they wont refund, She didnt even show humanity... She was so RUDE! Extremely RUDE! I didn't appreciate the way She treated me. This week i am moving all my transaction to another bank and i will definitely close this bank account. I am fedup with tymbank!
