Money sent to wrong contact

they could not assist me, I just sent R1000 to a wrong number with one digit, they cannot refund the money in my account or allow me to correct the numbers even when the voucher is not redeemed yet. Please assist me ASAP I was sending the money to my Mother for essentials.
