Money not processed past due date

Tymebank is giving me a runaround with my money. No one knows why my money has not been processed and no one is doing anything about it. I gave Tymebank the benefit of the doubt even after learning from their clients that things like this are a norm. I guess I was in denial. Tymebank I am very disappointed with your service. I still want my money.
