Money Never Showed Up

My Pay was transferred form Standard bank to my Tymebank account. EXCEPT it NEVER SHOWED UP! It is gone out of the Standard Bank Account but never showed up in my Tyme Bank Account? So Where is the Money??? They have poor excuses...
