Money never reversed

I went to FNB ATM to withdraw money on the 21 October around 18h35. my card was swallowed by the ATM and I immediately call the bank to block the card. I went to Pick' n pay and I was issued with a new card. I went to Romans Pizza to swipe but it declined as there was only R22 ,00 left in my ***,00 gone. I called Tymebank call centre and was told that it will be reversed on the 22 before 12h00.still no money. I was then told to fill in a dispute form and forward it to them. still nothing happened. I called again today and Nobuhle told me that it will take 5 days for them to contact me. I NEED THAT MONEY. please help.
