MONEY ****** FROM TYME BANK ACCOUNT AND BANK DOES NOT WANT TO REFUND

Tyme Bank is one of the worst banks in South Africa. On September 19 2024, I had an unfortunate incident of money disappearing from my account. I had about R2500 in the account, which I had transferred from a closed Tyme Bank Notice Account. Immediately, someone transferred R2500 from the current to Business Account. Then they created a tyme code for R500, withdrew it, and then did another cashsend of R500 to some number. The ******* even bought R442 airtime, all within 5 minutes and when I got these sms, I immediately called Tyme Bank. They stopped R1000 but then R1500 had already gone. I opened a ***** case and they promised that they will investigate. Today, this pathetic bank sent me an sms saying they cannot refund me because I have ****** the money myself. Apparently I did these transactions via online banking, yet I was in a taxi from Midrand when these transactions occured. Now they tell me I can go to the Ombudsman, they dont care, but I will not get my money. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING TYME BANK
