money disappearing in an account.

my money was ****** twice in my account while having my card with me. the first one disappeared while is in my saving account and after i lodge a complaint it was replaced and i was advised to change my card. The replacement of a card was R70, and I was told that it won't happen again. this time the money disappeared in a save goal after the card was change. still to date my money was not replaced.
