Money disappeared in my account.

I regret opening an account with Tymebank honestly. I had deposited money into the account then transferred R11990 to my goal save account on the 24 July to date and it is not appearing. I called the bank on the 26 then they told me their nonsense stories that they currently experiencing issues with their networks. Again, I made a call on the 31 with the case ID G-38738 since my money is not showing anywhere on my account as it has disappeared. The money was supposed to be earning interests but dololo because it is nowhere to be found. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME YET

What is strange is that, I had transferred R1000 to my goal save and it is showing on my account. I want my money back and close the account please.
