Money being debited without out my permission

I reported a ***** case in June, and I still haven't received any response from tyme bank until now .A few money ago I saw money being debited my account and I couldn't understand why so I called tyme bank and I explained what happened so the lady told me that I will receive the money within 24 hours. 24 hours has past and months are gone I still never receive anything and I have sending emails n still no response I called too many times they keep transferring me to different people . I have failed
