Monay paid into incorrect account

Do you guys have a branch because I was expecting money from someone. They paid into an incorrect Capitec account (using TymeBank), this person said when they called they were told that the money isn't been paid to the beneficiary yet. My problem is they say they cant reverse this money into his account nor can they freeze it. WHAT KIND OF BANK DOES THAT???? This money must not be paid to that person.
