Missing transaction

So have been banking with Tymebank since 2019 saving money, on the 12th of January 2024 I transferred money from my Tymebank account to my other account which is not a Tymebank account, but the money never reflected to that account. I went to a Tymebank kiosk to confirm how long does it take for funds to reflect if did an immediate payment, the answer was in less than 20 minutes. So I called Tymebank to find out what happened,I was asked to call the other bank, which I did and they confirmed my transitions for the 12th of January 2024, and they was nothing from my Tymebank account or any other credits to that amount I had transferred from my Tymebank account. I have called Tymebank bank soo many times sent emails but no response. This guy transaction is not reflecting on my other bank account but it is on my Tymebank account and they are confirming it’s was credited to that account What should I do to get help?
