Missing R800 between tyme bank and Absa

I just opened an account with you guys last weekend. On the 17th of November..I did a once off payment from my tyme bank account to my Absa account of R800. The money up till today 6 days today is not reflecting in my account.. Why ? And no response from you guys via WhatsApp either. What has happened to my R800 between your bank and ABSA since the 17th of November? FNB stole money from me also hence the reason I closed my account with them. Where is my money And why is nobody getting back to me via email, what’s app or messenger?
