Missing R1000 transfer

I transferred R1000 from my TymeBank account to my Standard Bank savings account on 9 March. When I checked my Standard Bank account on 13 March, the balance was R0 and the money was not reflected in the account. I contacted Standard Bank, and after checking my account they told me they could not see the transaction on their side and suggested that the payment might have been reversed by TymeBank. I then contacted TymeBank, and they said they need to investigate the issue and it could take up to a week. At the moment, neither bank can tell me exactly where my money is. I am a student, and this money was meant to help repair my laptop, which I urgently need for my school work. Being told to wait a week without a clear explanation is very frustrating and stressful. I would like both TymeBank and Standard Bank to urgently investigate this missing R1000 and provide a clear explanation of where the money went and when it will be returned or credited to my account. This situation is unacceptable as customers should not have to struggle to track their own money between banks.
