Missing payment from Tymebank to Nedbank

On Sunday 3 March 2024 I made an immediate payment from my Tymebank account to my Nedbank account. Even today the money has not been cleared. I have been calling the two banks since the 4th of March and I haven't been assisted. Tymebank is saying on their side them knew went through whereas Nedbank is saying they haven't received the funds and I must check with the sending bank and vice versa. This is frustrating I don't knowhat to do anymore. Kindly assist
