Missing money in my tymebank account

I had money on my goalsave but now it has disappeared, i paid it out yesternight but the funds are not reflecting on my everyday account, and when i call their numbers they tell me that they don't see the money and the goalsave, whereas the money is out of my account and i even have a reference number for it. What a slap in the face especially during the Easter, what do i eat with my family when my whole money is gone
