Missing Money

Last week I tried to make a withdrawal from a pick n pay till point. The first was not successful and reversed back into my account and I tried a second time and that too was not successful but unfortunately the second 1 has not bounced back into my account. Clearly if the first 1 reversed it shows there was a problem but upon trying the second time I unfortunately did not get my money. I have been calling, sending emails and going to speak to ambassadors but with no assistance whatsoever because no one can tell me where my money went. So basically I have lost my money just like that?? Money that I work hard for?? It is not fair and I am very unhappy with the bank.
