Missing Funds

Had no issues with Tymebank until now. I did a transfer to my Tymebank account (of which I received an sms). The funds reflected in my account and was there for about a day.

When I logged onto my app, my funds were gone!. And there is absolutely no record of any transactions or the amount received. Can I trust this bank now ??
