Missing EFT Funds
I am here on Day 9 waiting for my NORMAL EFT to clear from Tyme to FNB, both of which are my accounts and have received payments in the last 2 days successfully. EFT Paid: 01 August 09h00 I logged a case on 07 August, promised a reply by 14/08. The team leader at the call center promised me a response within an hour after I phoned at 14h01 - Do we think I've had a call back? It is now 16h57. More promises that Tyme bank has made to me that they have failed to keep.
My money has been missing for half a month. It is not in my account, in this economical climate I watch it very very closely, but by all means doubt me and ask for a statement.
I am not earning interest on this money. You have no answers for me. How did you plan for this when you considered this being a problem for your customers? I am livid and deeply concerned about trusting a bank with my money!
Best regards,
Best regards,
Still no sign of my money. 19 days later.
No call, no follow up, no email - you haven't delivered on your promised deadline for an update and your call center agent Team Leader (should maybe reconsider this title because she seems to be cherry-picking only the easy queries) didn't follow through with returning my call..
What's the resolution here? Who has my money? Where's the interest I've lost? What do I do about my cash flow that you've severely interupted? Are your customers just numbers or do you actually value the heard earned money we invest with your system? I'm not picking up any empathy from you here.
