I have a problem with the bank and it’s not easy to access them since they don’t have branches. I called them but I ran out of airtime while they were transferring my call. My issue is I was buying hair from someone and I transferred an amount of R5700 that person never received the money and it also didn’t bounce back to my account. Not sure if it did because I can’t see since my online profile is locked. Where is my money?
