Merchants listed on MoreTyme know nothing about them?

MoreTyme unable to compete with other similar offerings in the market since twice now I tried to use MoreTyme and when I tried to complete the purchase, no option on the businesses website to use them as payment method. When I click on the online section it takes me directly to the merchants website though that's where it ends.I actually requested assistance from i-Spa that I found on MoreTyme but they say they don't use MoreTyme. Tried to same with ShoeBox, same story when using checkout options, MoreTyme as payment method not an option. My question is - have these businesses ever used made use of MoreTyme for payment or did Tyme Bank just thumb s u c k these "merchants" out of thin air or could it be that the MoreTyme section on the app isn't/ hasn't been updated even though my app is up to date on the playstore ?
