My name is Busisiwe Carolina Hlatshwayo I'm looking for help regarding *****ulent activities that happened on my Tyme bank account on the 21st of June my number that is linked to my Tyme account was hacked and lost signal cause it was written emergency calls only I only notice on the 23rd that when I lost signal some hacked my tyme account and withdrew R3500 I called and explain and was told they would investigate and get back to me they never did until I called 8 days later for follow up and was told that my case was declined cause in their investigation it shows that no Sim swap was done on my number but my problem is that as I'm calling them my Sim is still in my phone and it still say emergency calls only how did I receive the tyme code that they say was used when I did not have network coverage what so ever I asked them for the full report in writing so that I can contact Mtn and fund out what happened I received no response from them my case no is ****28876 Thank you I really need my money tyme bank can't get Away with ****ming poor South Africans like this I have also lodged a complain with consumer commission and NFO National Financial Ombud, I suggest everyone who has been ****med by tymebank do the same the more we complain the quicker we can be help
