****MED AT TYMEBANK / GoTymeBANK

Tymebank is useless; no wonder the name changed to GO Bank. Of course, it's time for us to GO rather than deal with this. The stupid **** debits my card, now i'm told to go look for these idiots and go cancel this thing with them. Where do i begin to look for ********s??? 17 FEB I STOP THE CARD, 22 FEB my very same new card was debited, again 13 March my card is debited by ****mers whom i'm supposed to go look for?? Must i now feed my R70 card fees to you, isn't enough that i'm ****med R275 twice, i trust that my money is safe at a bank by clearly im dealing with a community stokvel here NOT a bank. I've had this encounter before, and other real bank do revrese the ****med money??? Oh dont even tell me to email support, USELESS, you are told turn-around time is 24hrs, ow we are being ****med, i had to emai back after 4 days of no response. Incompetency, lack of trust and tymebank just dot care as long as they can charge you and benefit from your pain. SOMEONE MUST CONTACT ME, DO THEIR JOB AND REFUND MY R550. I'm very disappointed more than being angry
