I send my mom money then she did notice two months later she asking again to send money to her tymebank account as she need to send to someone she owes money then i say i did sent money in that asking if she used it said no to my surprise there no money it was taken out by someone we dont know they have arnd us from pillar to post nothing is being done about the matter

Is tymebank taking our money's without us knowing and they says they cant pick it up but its on my bank statement all the transactions for that week
