Low fees for an awesome bank

I've had a TymeBank account for some time now, it was really easy to collect a card in 5 minutes without other paper work. They basically ask for your ID number and your cell number. You register your fingerprints at the kiosk and it's quite simple steps before you have a card. However I could not print a card until I had deposited my first transaction. Maybe this is their way of saving on plastic as many people would just pick up cards with their names printed on it in vein especially kids. So that's clever that the card is only dispatched if money is loaded into account. Fees are extremely low which is awesome. Pick and pay double smart shopper points earned through till purchases and BP fuel. That's cash back. Transfers are really easy, Salary comes in quick through other banks. Cash an be withdrawn from all atms. Again fees are low. Only R2 if withdrawals are made at boxer tills or pick and pay. Sending money through the above outlets, also cheap. The problem is not being able to send instant money to someone who doesn't have a TymeBank account. They would have to withdraw at pick and pay or boxer. The app is simple and accessible, I use my TymeBank card with ease at almost all shops, takealot, etc. I've never had issues with them being **********. The fact that they are associated with pick and pay and many many other organizationsakes them trustworthy and makes using my money more smartly. They offer moretyme which I haven't been able to access via the app, allows to pay for your goods in installments without interest. I can create goal saves and earn money for saving in different accounts. Customer service is quick and good however I requested proof of payment in Dec 2022 for 2 transactions and only received one, the person who was assisting me was abit synical obviously failed to listen carefully seemed like me wanted to be the one talking. And once made a payment for something that was not delivered and realized it was ***** so I requested TymeBank to reverse that payment and they couldn't. Overall it's an awesome more current bank, moving forward with the trend.
