Loved the service received by Tumelo Molele. After my 4th call to your contact centre and numerous whatsap msgs and emails, he was very empathetic about my struggle of just trying to get feedback and the fact that I spent R160 airtime since yesterday. After my airtime expired, he immediately called me back asked the relevant questions and guaranteed me a callback after further investigation. After our call I got feedback via email and sms. He kept to his word and followed up with me. I cant express my gratitude enough for the way he handled my query and thanked him for going above and beyond and restoring my faith in calling a customer service line. His colleagues should definitely take some tips!
