Lost my previous phone number and want to add a new one
I lost my previous banking number phone and I don't have access to my banking app. Would like to change it, but I don't know how.

09 Jun 2025, 07:33You can change your number by visiting one of our Kiosks located at Pick n Pay or Boxer stores. Simply log in to the kiosk, go to My Profile, then My Details, and update the number on your TymeBank profile.
