lost money out of my account due to loosing my card

I am a tyme bank account holder. i lost my card and whoever picked it up started withdrawing money out of it without even the needing to use the code, i lost over 1500.00 as soo as i noticed i stopped my card and called tyme bank about it now they are telling me i will not be refunded anything.. i definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to use this bank..i was not even made aware that my card automatically taps without me enabling the feature.
