Lost Funds

Honestly tired of this stupid bank. I sent money to a beneficiary that I usually pay and they bank with Absa. I did an immediate EFT on the 12th February 2024 and guess what, the money vanished. They can't tell me where it is. I have received references but no one telling me why the money didn't reach Absa or go back into my account. I need an urgent response to my query. That money was needed 7 days ago.

Does anyone even care enough to update the clients. I want the money back in my account today!!!!!!
