Locked account

My accout is locked and i have been on the phone since 08:30 at my expense now i have resorted to got to Pick n Pay springfield and again the ambassador jas called the ***** department and again i have been holing for an hour (in a shop) i am so disgusted buy this and i was sent an email told to repky which i did but nobody has revied or attended to the mail i wa promised a phone call but nobody has called i emailed the service desk at least there i got an automated reply just to get my account unlocked i am utterly disgusted by this bank all that was asked of me has ben confirmed the boom i get an sms stating i will be contacted by the 22nd of August but my funds are needed right away so i suggest the ****A SHOP THAT THEY ARE RUNNING must shape up or ship out
