I am trying to apply.for a loan however it says my number thats connected to my account is not recognisable so I can't apply can you please have this fixed cause I am entering my number that's linked to my tyme bank account but it says not recognisable how is that even possible I have tried several times but can't go pass the enter your contact number when I'm applying
