Lies and deceit

Tyme Bank, I am so disappointed, after speaking to a call center agent yesterday trying to change my number on the system, she gave me the impression that it was changed but up until now OTP goes to the same old number, I also work for a bank, and I do not understand why you do not do what you promise clients you will do. I find this deceptive and am seriously considering closing down the account
