Late Estate

I have been requested by the master of the high court to request from tyme bank a proof of how much my late sister has into the bank account. And wrote to tymebank on the 15/04/2026 and submitted relevant documentation.

We are in a process of getting a letter of authority and one of the requirements is that we need to get all the information as to how much she has but we struggle to.get response or get through to tyme bank customer service line
