Last week 2 people tried to gain access to my online bank account at Tyme Bank, pretending to be someone from the ***** department of Tyme, and so my bank card was blocked. Tyme Bank and more particularly Portia Sekhula, helped me to sort this out on the phone, being very understanding and helped me through resetting everything to activate the account securely once again. Such a pleasant experience with regard to online support.
