LACK OF ASSISTANCE TO ***** CASES

Received a bad service from your agent Lebo Mokwele, who was very unprofessional and sarcastic when I was reporting ***** case that I am currently experiencing with your bank , when he read the clause he was not pausing when he gets to the comas and full stops, which makes the whole declaration HARD to understand when I requested for him to elaborat he was being sacarstic saying I should not complicate things when he was not making sense, Luckily i made a call from a recorded line which I cant attach to this complaint I need assistance urgently from someone who is willing to assist with my situation,
