KIOSK's NEVER WORKING in Port Elizabeth

I have been waiting for over 4 months for Tymebank to repair their KIOSK's located at the PnP and Boxer stores in Port Elizabeth. I've spent many hours complaining about it on their phone line and nothing ever changes. I can't get a card because the KIOSK's never work. They always sending someone to repair it but no one ever shows up. It's ridiculous and I recommend finding a new bank.
