Kiosk out of order for MONTHS

Is there a reason why the Tyme Bank kiosk in Gordon's Bay Pick n Pay has been unable to print cards since I have opened my account more that two months ago? Is nobody at Tyme Bank responsible to see that the services offered are actually rendered? I can come and work for you to sort that bad service out if you have no one else who are able to do their job properly.

What's the point in offering non existent services? Somebody gets paid to NOT do their job!

I printed a card at another PnP branch. Inconvenient, but what can one do? I will be very surprised if the Gordon's Bay branch terminal is operational, but miracles do happen.

I quote; " we always do our best to provide the quickest and most efficient support possible."

Serious? Really? The irony never ceases to amaze from some! If you look you'll see the date of my complaint was 10 June 2021. You rep**** 2 MONTHS AND SIX DAYS LATER! If that is quick and efficient support according to Tyme, I have no hope for it as a bank.

AND, I complained here because I could never get through to anyone either by phone or on the website.

I opened the account because it was convenient to do so online. That was a breeze, little did I know it would be the only efficient thing about you.

At least you don't have a monopoly. I have already opened an account with your latest competitor.
