Just say no, walk away amd save your sanity.

They have 0 compassion and treat people horribly. I received a payment from what I thought was legit but it was not and then they froze my account mind you the queried amount is R40.00 but the worst part is they were completely resistant to assist me in rectifying the issue and when I asked why I was not informed I was told "if you commit ***** we don't call you or let you know" and out of the five people who I had spoken to trying to prove my innocence because I too am a victim and even worse my bank is going out of their way to create stumbling blocks, I am not a Ken/Karen I had to speak to five different people because each time I would submit something the previous person requested the current person would ask where an additional item is as if I was supposed to know. Each Agent I spoke to contradicted the other agents so either I just spoke to a bunch of compulsive ****'s or the company cares so little about their customers that their customer service Representatives are just random m people who were just stopped as they passed the building and asked if they wouldn't mind covering a shift. The only way they can do better is to fire the entire staff, hire all new staff and train them to be more customer centered, helpful and not arrogant also they should get leadership because according to the staff its a free for all no team leaders/2ic or someone put in charge over the weekend. Truly including all their other issues, like outdated systems etc the fact that customer service is non existent I don't understand what it is they are aiming to do they should just close their doors unless their aim is to be known as the worst, rudest and arrogant bank to be running. If you are thinking of opening an account don't those low transaction fees come with a high cost of being treated poorly being disrespected being racially profiled and discriminated against while being **** to and being mislead and not having access to a few basic new technologies that the other banks have. As soon as I get the names of their worst ever staff I'll update it so everyone will know their query is not going anywhere if they answer the call.

I just received an SMS stating that my case DCI 409183 has been resolved but I still don't have access and someone from your office gave me a missed call it only rang once and they dropped it, is this now a further attempt from your business to make a fool out of me? So the missed call is going to be logged as a failed attempt at contacting me and as justification to close my case without resolution? Now I have to start all over and be subjected to the turn around times all over?

How can you just get back to me after all this time and after they had confirmed receipt of my affidavit and casually state that I should resend the affidavit? I will do it obviously but this is just another delay tactic I hope that after I resend it my account will be opened immediately.
